How to order

1. Choose your quantity.
2. Select the Choose File Button button(s) to upload the logo or artwork. If you need to send additional files or an amended file, please upload your file to our contact form with your order number.
3. A digital proof will be sent to your email within 1-2 days for your approval before the boxes are printed.
4. Please allow up to 12 business days from artwork approval for your boxes to be printed and shipped. Contact us at any time to request an update.

FAQ

Are there any limitations to where I can print on these neon pink gift boxes?
Yes. There must be 40mm of clear space from each edge.

These boxes are very pink. Will the box colour impact the print colour?
No! We adjust the colour settings on your artwork to ensure an accurate print.

What is the lead time custom printed premium gift boxes?
It takes 5-7 business days from artwork approval to produce the boxes. After this, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, or contact us to arrange for pickup at our office in Ingleburn.

What if I ordered other packaging at the same time as my custom printed boxes?
These other items will be shipped at the same time as your custom printed boxes. If you need your other items sooner, please place a separate order or contact us for further assistance.

I need my order fast! Can I place a priority order?
